Client portal accounts are invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, using the portal only for authorized business purposes, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Project scopes, deliverables, fees, timelines, revisions, ownership, maintenance obligations, and payment terms are governed by separate written proposals, statements of work, invoices, contracts, or service agreements.
You may provide business details, Google Business Profile information, files, support tickets, API keys, access tokens, or integration settings so we can provide requested services. You are responsible for making sure you have the authority to provide that information.
Client portal data is intended to be visible to the relevant client, ThatWebTech, and authorized employees, contractors, or service providers who need access to provide, maintain, secure, or troubleshoot the services.
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, late fees, refunds, and billing details are handled through the applicable invoice, proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, general website information is not a binding quote.
The ThatWebTech website, branding, copy, design, components, and original materials are owned by ThatWebTech or its licensors. Client-owned materials remain owned by the client. Ownership of custom deliverables is determined by the applicable written project agreement.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
